David Trosman

David Trosman has a background in industrial engineering which, combined with his legal expertise, makes him uniquely qualified to handle complex personal injury cases involving work related accidents in which a garden variety of mechanisms of injury and safety protocols are at issue, product liability cases involving design and manufacturing defects, premises liability cases involving latent dangerous conditions on commercial establishments, trucking cases, and motor vehicle collision cases. He has successfully tried more than 100 cases to juries in multiple Texas counties and litigated more than a thousand cases since earning his Juris Doctor degree from Texas Tech School of Law more than 17 years ago. He is analytical, methodic, and relentless in the prosecution of his cases, and a passionate advocate for his clients. Before settling in Texas, David lived in Northern Virginia, Arizona, Italy and several Latin American countries, including Argentina, Colombia and Mexico.  He is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, a skill that, together with his exposure to multiple cultures, gives him a superior ability to communicate with his clients and understand their problems.
